Return Policy
At NewYork Cables, we try our best to deliver high-quality products at the most economical prices to guarantee your satisfaction. However, if for some reason, you need to return or exchange your order, we will be obliged to issue you a refund or exchange it. The policy is bound to the following conditions.
ELIGIBILITY OF RETURNS:
- The goods purchased must be returned within the Ninety-Five (95) Calendar days from the date of billing. Any order returned after Ninety-Five (95) days will not be eligible for return under ANY circumstances.
- On all returns, other than defective items, a restocking fee 15% will be charged.
- Shipping costs for the return will be paid by the customer if the ordered item(s) are returned for reasons other than defective manufacturing.
- On all refunds, the 3% Bank processing fee will be charged.
- Items that have been used or tampered with are not eligible for a return under ANY condition. The returned items must be in their original, unused condition with all the labels and serial number intact, otherwise, the items will be ineligible for a return request.
- Custom-made parts are not eligible for returns in any condition unless the item is returned in case of defective manufacturing.
- Items sold on Sale or Stock clearance will not be refunded at any cost.
RETURN PROCESS:
For any return or exchange, please send an email to [email protected] before shipping the item. Then prepare your shipping and ship it to the below-mentioned address. Do not forget to include the proof of purchase.
Do We Disclose Any Information To Outside Parties?
We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personally identifiable information. This does not include trusted third parties who assist us in operating our website, conducting our business, or servicing you, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential. We may also release your information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with the law, enforce our site policies, or protect ours or others rights, property, or safety. However, non-personally identifiable visitor information may be provided to other parties for marketing, advertising, or other uses.

All the return shipping will be paid by the customer, as the shipping charges are non-refundable.

Our team will analyze the returned items, and upon their approval, we will proceed to the next step for a refund or exchange. Upon their report, if found damaged or used, the cost of damage will be deducted and the balance amount will be refunded.
EXCHANGES:
- In case you want to return a discontinued item, an alternate product with comparable specifications will be offered to you or will be refunded at the current market value of the product. No Restocking Fee will be applied but the bank processing fee of 3% will still be charged.
- If the cost of the item requested for an exchange is more than the item it is requested to be exchanged with, the difference in amount will be refunded.
- If the cost of the item requested for an exchange is more than the item it is requested to be exchanged with, the difference in amount will be charged.
- If the item requested to be exchanged is found used or damaged, in the customer’s possession, the item will not be considered eligible for an exchange.
- Shipping costs for the exchange of the item will be paid by the customer if it is exchanged for reasons other than defective manufacturing.
- If you need to return a defective product/incorrect product, all you need to do is to call in for an RMA. We will arrange for the return of the product along with its replacement, which will not cost you anything.
- For an instant exchange, we recommend placing the new order & apply for a refund of the exchanging products. Upon receiving the goods at our warehouse and analyzing your return will be processed.
- However, the refund process may take 5 to 7 business days. You will get an email once we process the refund at our end.
- To make any alteration in your most recently placed order, you need to call us before 3-PM on the same day the order was placed & a CSR agent will be available at your support to correct the order as per your requirement. Failure to call before the said time, you’d have to go through the whole Exchange process.
